"Buy Now" orders are normally shipped within 24-48 business hours after you receive your order confirmation. "Pre-Orders" ship within 3-5 weeks from the date of the order, however this is not guaranteed due to possible delays in production.  Every effort will be made to get orders shipped out within the time frame specificied.  Orders take on average a week to a week and a half to receive, depending on where in the country they are shipping.

Order confirmation emails are normally sent within 1 business day of placing your order. Please call us if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order.  Tracking numbers are emailed when orders are shipped.

If you do not receive your order with 10 days of receiving your tracking number, please call us immediately so we can trace your order.

Our website is a secure website. All credit card numbers are encrypted and cannot be read. We can take phone orders. A $5.00 handling charge may apply due to additional customer service personnel costs incurred from manual transactions and this may cause delays in processing your order therefore ordering directly from our website will save you time and money.

When registering your new account in our website and placing orders online, it is the customers responsibility to ensure all particulars of the address are complete and correct.  If UPS is unable to deliver any package as addressed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, UPS will determine and make reasonable efforts to deliver to the address provided and additional UPS charges of $11.00 per package will become the responsibility of the customer.   Additionally, if packages are returned due to customer error, the customer is responsible for not only the return shipping, but also the initial shipping charges for the order as well.  Timberwolf Organics Inc will make every effort to request UPS to overturn these charges but if unsuccessful the charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the customers credit card on file.

We do not ship outside of the contiguous 48 states at this time. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or APO addresses.

For customers who do not have a retail outlet within their local traveling area, please order directly off our website. Shipping costs are free for orders over $60.00.  Orders under $60.00 are $8.95.


Order Cancelations

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has already been processed but not shipped, we may be able to cancel your order and refund your credit card if notified in a timely manner. If your order has already shipped, you will incur the shipping fees for both the outbound and inbound shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee. Please refer to our legal notice at the bottom of this page for more details. Authorization should be obtained by contacting customerservice@timberwolforganics.com or calling our customer service help line at 407 877 8779.  Any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the returned product/s, and it has been inspected for resalable condition, your refund can be issued.

Any order received should be inspected at the time of delivery and reported to the carrier driver before they leave. Their written verification of damages should be obtained. You should then contact us immediately by phone. If you have a digital camera, please take pictures of the damages and email them to CustomerSupport@timberwolforganics.com. Please retain the original shipping box for returns and/or inspection of shipping materials. We will issue a call tag for pick up of the damaged goods.  Once we have received the damaged products back into our warehouse, we will immediately ship you a replacement.


Returns

Credit is not allowed on returns after 30 days. Items discontinued, used (no longer in clean, resalable condition) or special order items are non-returnable. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization issued by Timberwolf Organics, Inc., and a copy of this return authorization must accompany all returns. If the customer refuses shipped products, all shipping charges become the responsibility of the customer. All returned items should be charged a 20% restocking fee. Opened or partially used products are non-returnable unless a problem exists with the quality of the product. As we do not specifically formulate for taste, smell, consistency, color or other factors unrelated to healthy nutrition, these factors shall not be considered just cause for return of opened or partially used products. Under certain circumstances, opened or partially used products can be returned only with a Return Authorization issued by Timberwolf Organics, Inc. and must be in the original packaging containing no less than 90% of the product in content. All situations are handled on a case by case basis, but for all intensive purposes there are NO EXCEPTIONS to the retun policies stated here.


Damage

Our responsibility for damage ceases upon acceptance by the transport company. Purchasers are counseled against acknowledging the receipt of goods before careful inspections have been made.


Delays

Every reasonable effort is made to ship your order promptly. We make every effort to ensure that items in stock are shipped within 72 hours. Please notify us if you do not receive tracking information via email within 3 business days of your order placement. We are not responsible/liable for loss of goods or delays caused by natural disasters like earthquake, flood, hurricanes, or any other force majeure events.  Timberwolf cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been accepted by the carrier.
