Dealer Sign-Up Form

Please use this sign-up form if you are a dealer or breeder and would like to purchase our product at discounted rates.  The discounted rates only apply if you are purchasing a minimum of 510lbs 250lbs of product, which is about $400-$500 on average, depending on the sizes and formulas selected.  You will not be eligible for any other special discounts.  Please email breeders@timberwolforganics.com if you have any questions regarding this policy.  Once your account has been approved, an email will be sent to you with your discounted pricing and purchasing conditions.  We thank you for your business.
