Shipping Information

We thank you for your order. Timberwolf Organics offers flat rate shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. (lower 48 states) on all orders for only $4.95.

We ship all our orders via UPS or FedEx.

We cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Every effort is being made to ensure that your order arrives fresh, safe and and in a timely manner.

On average, from the day you place your order until you receive the order, it takes between a week and a week and a half. Holidays, weather and other circumstances may delay this process beyond the average shipping time.
Once your order has been processed and your product is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number by email. Upon receiving your tracking number,  please log on to UPS.com or FedEx.com, enter your tracking number and track your package for its scheduled date of delivery.

When placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure a recipient be available on the scheduled delivery date to take receipt of your package and confirm the contents of your order. This will ensure that your package will not be lost or stolen and that it can be brought inside into a dry, cool area.

Under normal circumstances the UPS policy and FedEx policy is to leave your package at your door if no one is available to take receipt.

If a driver is uncomfortable about leaving a package when no one is home, the driver will leave an "info notice" to advise you that a delivery attempt has been made. Two more attempts will be made, after which your package will be returned to the hub to await your call to arrange delivery. Please call the shipping company if you receive this notice. Your package will be returned to the sender if it has not been picked up after 7 days. Return charges will become the responsibility of the customer.

Timberwolf Organics is not responsible for any lost or missing packages or for items that may be left in unsuitable climates due to no one being available to take receipt.

All orders should be inspected at the time of delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by phone at 407-877-8779. We will issue a call tag to UPS or FedEx and have your order picked up. Please have your order number ready to provide to our customer service representative.

Please retain the original shipping box for returns and/or UPS/FedEx inspection of shipping materials. Once we have received the damaged products back into our warehouse, we will immediately ship you a replacement.

 
Please verify that you enter the correct delivery address information. Failure to enter correct address information may result in up to a $10 per package address correction charge.

UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
